The Global Fund for Children (GFC) transform the lives of children on the edges of society—trafficked children, refugees, child laborers—and help them regain their rights and pursue their dreams. Since 1997, GFC have reached 8 million children worldwide.
CAMBODIA~p.r.i.d.e. (Providing Rural Innovative Digital Education) is a non-profit foundation focused on bringing the most innovative computer education to the poorest rural primary schools in Cambodia. The foundation seeks to encourage students’ independent thinking, with the goal of improving their quality of life.
Projects Abroad offers volunteering opportunities in many domains around the world. For Aziza's Place, they support us by assisting us in the communities we serve and by providing essential training lessons to our children, staff and communities. Onsite, Projects Abroad volunteers provide training on basic healthcare, personal hygiene and nutrition.
In our communities, medically trained volunteers provide our families with free health checkups, supply of essential medication and treatment, and training in basic healthcare topics such as detecting health risks and treating wounds.
Cambodia World Family (CWF) is a small Non Governmental Organisation based in Phnom Penh. CWF was set-up by Dr. Daniel Sursott, an American GP assisting in the Thai border refugee camps. Today, CWF runs a clinic in Cambodia's capital, where they provide quarterly dental checkups to AP's children.
Basmati.ch supports many projects in Southeast Asia - from education to demining, from sanitation and water to animal welfare. Basmati.ch has been a long-term supporter of Aziza's Place and facilitates Swiss donations to AP with tax receipt.
